Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before being shipped. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Confirmation

The cut off time for the day’s order is 3.00pm, and orders finalized after 3.00pm any order made afterwards would be included in the next delivery cycle. This arrangement excludes weekend and public holiday; as orders made during these periods would be shipped on the next working day instead.
